Pilot notice: This service is currently in a pilot and is only available to voters in Osun State who requested a PVC Replacement. It will be made generally available at a future date.

How it works

  1. Request a PVC Replacement

    If you do not already have one, start a Lost or Damaged PVC (replacement) request on the portal.

  2. Be registered in Osun State

    During this pilot, download is limited to voters whose registration is in Osun State.

  3. Download your PVC

    Continue to your PVC Replacement requests and use Download PVC on an eligible application.
